A new luxury waterfront attraction is taking shape in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, as Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled plans for Wynn Marina, a superyacht marina designed to become a gateway to the upcoming resort.
The marina is expected to add a major yachting and leisure element to Wynn Al Marjan Island, which is scheduled to open in 2027.
A 98-Berth Superyacht Marina
Wynn Marina will feature 98 berths and will be capable of accommodating superyachts and megayachts measuring up to 85 metres in length. The resort says the facility will have greater capacity for large vessels than any hotel-attached marina in the UAE.
A distinctive circular harbour will form the centrepiece of the marina, surrounded by waterfront accommodation, restaurants, terraces and promenades.
More Than a Place to Park Yachts
The marina has been designed as an extension of the wider resort rather than simply a yacht berthing facility. A central Capitainerie will handle marina operations, arrivals, concierge services and support for yacht owners, captains and crew.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy the waterfront through dining, strolling and events overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
A New Draw for Luxury Travellers
Wynn Marina is expected to connect luxury yachting with the resort’s hospitality, dining, entertainment and wellness experiences. The development adds another attraction to Ras Al Khaimah as the emirate continues to expand its luxury tourism offering.
With Wynn Al Marjan Island scheduled to open in 2027, the marina could become an important part of the destination’s appeal for international visitors seeking high-end coastal experiences.
