Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi’s Ramayana May Get Special Screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Ramayana Reportedly Set for a High-Profile Screening

Nitesh Tiwari’s much-anticipated mythological epic Ramayana: Part 1 could receive a special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on November 5, 2026, according to media reports. The proposed event is expected to be organised for political leaders on the film’s worldwide release date.

However, the screening has not yet been officially confirmed, and the makers are reportedly seeking the necessary permissions.

Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi May Attend

The film’s lead cast members, Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi, are expected to attend the proposed screening alongside director Nitesh Tiwari.

Ranbir plays Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi portrays Goddess Sita, and Yash appears as Ravana. Their involvement has generated considerable interest as the film prepares for its theatrical release.

A Major Project Based on the Ramayana

Ramayana: Part 1 brings the ancient Indian epic to the big screen with a large-scale cinematic production. The story draws on the legendary journey of Lord Rama, combining mythology with elaborate visuals and a prominent ensemble cast.

The film also features Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman, adding to the project’s high-profile lineup.

Music and Production Raise Expectations

The film has attracted attention for its international creative collaboration. Its music is composed by Oscar-winning musicians Hans Zimmer and A. R. Rahman, while the production brings together major Indian filmmaking and visual-effects teams.

The combination of mythology, star power and large-scale production has made the project one of the widely discussed Indian film releases of 2026.

Mumbai and Delhi Premieres Also Planned

Apart from the proposed Rashtrapati Bhavan screening, reports indicate that the makers are planning premiere events in Mumbai and Delhi. These events are expected to form part of the film’s promotional campaign ahead of its release.

Whether the Rashtrapati Bhavan event receives official approval remains to be seen. If confirmed, it would add a high-profile engagement to the launch of Ramayana: Part 1.
