Pub owner Claire Howlett said she uses AI for most of her social media advertising because the tools currently meet her needs without the expense of hiring a professional designer.

Williams believes the growing use of AI means graphic designers will have to adapt. However, he also argues that AI-generated designs can become repetitive, with similar-looking visuals appearing across different businesses.
He expects demand for human creativity could eventually return as audiences become more familiar with AI-generated content and start looking for something more distinctive.
